Delete your account and data

This page explains how to delete your account in the app “Askeo – Gym Log” by SEO Revolution GmbH, together with the associated data. You can delete your Askeo account at any time. This applies only to accounts you created in “Askeo – Gym Log”; without an account, your data is stored only on your device.

Delete in the app

1. Open the Askeo app.
2. Go to Settings → Account & sync.
3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

The account, training data and media (photos and videos) are deleted immediately. Database backups kept by the hosting provider (without photos and videos) are retained for up to 7 days and then overwritten automatically.

Delete by email

If you no longer have the app or cannot access it, write to support@askeoapp.de. Please include the email address you used to create your account. We will then delete your account and the associated cloud data within 30 days.

What is deleted?

All data stored in the cloud for the account:

• email address and user ID,
• if you signed in with Google, also your name and profile picture URL,
• training data and body measurements,
• settings,
• photos and videos.

What remains?

Deleting the account does not remove local data on your device. It remains until you uninstall the app.
